The Web Cab team was looking for a dynamic and engaging way to strengthen cohesion, active listening, and creative thinking — in a context where rapid growth and complex projects required greater fluidity in internal communication
They wanted an activity that would test their collective reflexes while revealing each person’s strengths in a way that felt light, yet impactful.
The idea
Each challenge is designed to spark reflection, encourage collaboration, and foster spontaneous exchanges among team members — all within a playful and supportive atmosphere.
Rather than a traditional workshop, they chose to dive into Lendemain de veille, an interactive adventure created by Eureka Concept.
This game places participants at the heart of a humorous storyline where logic, collaboration, and improvisation become their best assets for solving a series of interconnected puzzles.
