FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

What equipment is needed?

It only takes a few things to fully enjoy the experience:

  • A large screen and speakers (optional, but ideal for sharing the action with the whole group)
  • A smartphone or computer per team
  • A stable Wi-Fi connection

Participants can also play using only their own cellphones or laptops if a large screen is not available.

How challenging are the activities?

The level is fairly challenging, encouraging teams to really put their heads together, but hints are available if needed. In addition, the puzzles are varied, and the difficulty level shifts slightly to maintain players’ interest and motivation. For players who enjoy fewer challenges, they can take a more active role in the photo challenge.

How many teams should we form for the activity?

There is no participant limit for our corporate games! The number of teams therefore depends on how many participants join.

The results of each team are compiled in a scoreboard, presented as a ranking leaderboard for your organization.

How many people are on each team?

To encourage active participation from everyone, players simply need to be divided into teams of 3 to 5 people. This setup ensures a good balance: everyone has the opportunity to contribute, interact, and have fun.

How should the teams be divided up?

You can let participants form their own teams, or encourage them to meet new colleagues and collaborate by creating mixed, assigned teams.

How long does the activity last?

Each activity lasts approximately 60 to 75 minutes.

  • You can run it in one continuous session for a fully immersive experience
  • Or with breaks, for example between courses during a meal or as part of a corporate event day

The activity can also be extended with the support of a trainer or facilitator of your choice, to further explore themes such as collaboration, recognition, diversity and inclusion, workload management, or any other topics relevant to your teams.

What happens if a team doesn't solve a puzzle?

Each puzzle is timed. If a team is unable to solve it within the allotted time, the solution is automatically revealed to them. They can then continue the adventure and keep helping the protagonist move forward in the story. This way, all teams progress at a similar pace and reach the end of the experience together.

What is the organizer's role?

Your role is simple:

  1. Book the date and venue
  2. Prepare and test the equipment (large screen and speakers, if used)
  3. Invite the participants
  4. Launch the activity on the day of the event

Even the instructions are provided in video format—you simply follow the flow.

P
